Enjoying to work out again!

I started working out only 2 weeks after you were born. Went to a few trial classes at the YMCA. It was so fun but a bit hard. I felt strains here and there so I took it fairly easy. And of course really I wasn't supposed to work out until 6 weeks had past. But I can't wait that long. Today I stepped on the scale again, and it showed 143 lbs which is in kilo's 65. That is actually a good weight for me. I just want to define some muscle. I am going to try to stay at about 135 to 140 pounds. The 128 that I was before Odin, just sounds too little. i am excited about keeping up the good work at the gym, yoga, zumba, nia and treadmills and my absolute favorite, free weights! Yeah!

Losing weight!





At your birth I weighed 174 pounds. 2 weeks later I weighed 160 lbs, and 4 weeks later 154 lbs. It amazes me how the body can make its way back to its pre baby body so quickly. I was 128 before I got pregnant with you so there are still a few more pounds to loose. Now at 2 months I am most likely a few pounds lighter. Haven't weighed myself in a while. I would prefer to stay at about 135 to 140 lbs, but I know it seems to be hard for me. I am going to really try to keep my weight up a bit this time. With Bianca I gained about the same and lost it all as quickly as now. I was back to my pre prego weight really quickly. My stomach is not far from what it was before you lived in there, which is another amazing thing. The way the stomach stretches out for such a long time just is incredible. And the fact that it can resume back to the before stage is quite cool. Here is a few beautiful pictures that Emma took of you and me at Fort De Soto Beach just now, while she was visiting us. I love these photos so much, especially the one of me sitting down, holding you nursing.
